From selecting the cardboard quality to GPS tracking of the delivery, all steps are tailored to the needs of the customer and designed to make order processing as straightforward and transparent as possible.
Our solution smart ORDER is an important part of MMK digital. Automated order processing greatly reduces the administrative workload, especially for large and regular orders, as orders can be sent easily by email. The tool accesses the incoming emails, reads the data in its entirety, and automatically transfers it to the platform using our booking bot. There is no need to manually enter the individual data fields; the user simply checks the accuracy of the data and then approves it.
MMK digital was created on the basis of numerous workshops, surveys, and feedback rounds. The insights gained from this process enabled us, together with the Mayr-Melnhof Karton team and other partners, to focus development on the most important customer requirements: clarity, functionality, and speed.
